I am not exactly sure why. . .
or what the rationale was/is
of the decision makers at X to consciously choose
a finite point (or a finite set of old posts)
of its members' timelines to display
to the greater public for login purposes.
First impressions do psychologically matter.
And as powerful as social media is,
it seems neither right, nor fair
to members of X or to the greater public to do such a thing.
For life changes.
And an individual's thoughts & opinions
may (or may not) change over time, even clarified.
Is this an accurate observation on my behalf?
