God willing, the "issue(s)" have been, and shall continue to be, assimilated and constructed for the intent, purpose(s) and reason(s) of/for:
1) consideration (thought), 2) analysis, 3) discussion, and 4) debate for when individuals and/or "The People" are prompted by the "issue(s)" to make a 5) decision based upon the "issue(s)" that are perceived -- that is, when the (true) "quality or state of being" of things are realized -- from the "issue(s)."
God willing, the true state of the "issue(s)" shall be, and shall continue to be, realized by individuals and "The People."
God willing, the "issue(s)" shall be, and shall continue to be, made known out of "good faith" to individuals and "The People."
Therefore, shapes and forms of:
- Consideration (thought) of/for the "issue(s),"
- Analysis of/for the "issue(s),"
- Discussion of/for the "issue(s),"
- Debate of/for the "issue(s),"
- Decision(s) based upon the "issue(s),"
. . .shall be used by and for:
Individuals and "The People" of the United States to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity as ordained and established in the Constitution of, and for, the United States of America.
