The Mexican Cartels
as:
Lampreys
One word describes the likeness between the Mexican Cartels and lampreys: uncanny.
It is simply uncanny.
"The lamprey attaches itself to a host and literally sucks life-giving juices from it.
In the saliva of the lamprey,
there is an anti-coagulating material which continually dilutes the blood of its victim.
Once the host is drained of vital juices, the lamprey moves on to another victim."
So it is with the Mexican Cartels.
Three Absolute Distinctions
The lamprey is more than often perceived to be an eel. But the reality is, the lamprey is a fish. And this eel-like fish is more than often perceived to be spineless. But the fact is, it does have a backbone -- the soft tissue of cartilage.
And it has no jaw. . . but certain types are known to form horny-like teeth.

Further, the large sea lampreys have been classified to be the most destructive to fishes -- and the Cartels have been most devastating to the Mexican people (and to many others in Central America). "As adults, they descend to the sea and prey on large fishes. But some sea lampreys that spawned in streams flowing into Lake Ontario once entered the upper Great Lakes through the Welland Canal. Later generations of these lampreys no longer descend to the sea, but prey on lake trout, whitefish, and other large lake fishes. By the 1950's, they had killed most of the lake trout in the Great Lakes."
And like the lampreys, the destruction of the Cartels is well documented:

The lampreys have attached their horny-like teeth onto the skin of "a human body."
And they are spawning. . .
And they are spawning. . .
The Cartels are invading the communities of our country. Indeed, sobering and accurate is this analogy. One word describes the likeness between the Mexican Cartels and lampreys: uncanny. Three Absolute Distinctions:
The lamprey is not a great white shark.
But the lampreys largely inhabit Mexico and are invading our communities.
Truly, the Mexican Cartels are for real. And they are evil.
Crime and evil will always exist,
but from working together we shall overcome the Mexican Cartels. . .
and move onward!
